See below for an exciting opportunity to join our FP&A team as a FP&A Business Partner, CDSD where you will work as a finance business partner across CDSD functions, using detailed analysis and business insights to support leadership in making actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities
Act as business partner for various functions, departments, and leaders across the CDSD business
Leverage relationships across CDSD to understand and refine forecasting risks and opportunities, identify problems and develop solutions
Regularly prepare presentations and present to at functional, departmental, and leadership reviews
Provides sophisticated decision support to business leadership through the creation and enhancement of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards.
Uses business insight to support the forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units and/or functional areas.
Makes recommendations on system and process improvements to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
May conduct peer reviews of work to ensure quality standards are met.
Previous experience with Oracle EPM, and Spotfire dashboards required
Candidate has bias for action and problem solving
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job ( comparable to 5+ years) .
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong business partnering skills, and ability to anticipate needs of the business while establishing rapport as a trusted partner
Good understanding of CDSD business
Finance & Accounting background
Advanced level MS Excel skills
Experience with Oracle EPM and ERP Systems
Experience working with Clinical Trials operations
Articulate - excellent communication
IT Savvy highly preferred
Demonstrated project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients
Strong knowledge of accounting/financial principles, best practices, and regulations/legal requirements
Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to analysis
Good business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced level PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data
Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
Demonstrates executive presence and good presentation skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to balance and deliver against competing demands
