　　Job Summary：

　　As a Senior Experience Designer, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and experience design to create holistic experiences that benefit our users and the business. On a team of highly collaborative experience designers and strategists you will create experiences that help our customers achieve their sustainability goals. Your solutions are grounded in research and analytics and demonstrate a deep understanding and empathy for customers and end users.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Partner with experience designers, product managers, product owners, engineers and stakeholders to align on user and business needs and gain alignment on solutions.

　　Take a human-centered approach to creating solutions that meet user and business needs.

　　Deliver experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

　　Make strategic experience design decisions that serve a suite of products.

　　Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

　　Be curious, ask questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

　　Skills and Requirements:

　　Experience with tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Miro

　　Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and thoughtfully.

　　Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to teams and partners.

　　Ability to work effectively in a team setting including shaping abstract ideas into concrete design solutions.

　　Experience with data visualization, using charts, graphs and maps to communicate information and trends to end users.

　　Experience with design systems or pattern libraries is a plus.

　　Be passionate about all things experience design and other areas of design and innovation.

　　Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelors or associates degree and 5+ years working in human-centered design, product design, visual design, information architecture or interaction design.

　　Ability to work through complex design solutions and understand the technology behind those solutions.

　　Awareness of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and analytics tools

　　Exceptional communication and presentation skills
