  Role Overview:

  Primarily responsible for executing the HS broking strategy, contributing to drive broking lever growth, developing HS World Class Broking value proposition, building relationships with carriers, and ensuring compliance with the HS broking governance/operations.

  Responsibilities including but not limited to drive client focused and commercial broking outcomes across HS for the benefit of Aon and its clients.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Growth and Sales• Accountable for executing the in-country HS Broking growth plan.• Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.• Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor. • Identify opportunities to grow revenues through broking and market related opportunities e.g. Structured Portfolio Solutions, new business Carrier Consulting (GRIP/TBS consulting) opportunities • Implementing SPS project to ensure the consistency and achieve the country KPI

  Carrier Ownership• Constantly identifying valuable carriers and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing carrier relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.• Establishing a carrier information repository including relationship mapping, organisation structure, and details of strengthens / weaknesses and value of placements;• Utilize and leverage data to drive targeted growth• Creating connections and build relationships with carriers. • Driving continual improved carrier engagement via World Class Broking

  Product governance and operation • Ensuring governance for HS broking• Complying standards and practices and work aggressively to reduce broking E&Os• Ensuring consistency of pricing structures and usage of insurance markets across Vietnam in cooperation with the manager • Ensuring strong collaboration between broking team, Client Facing Team (AMs) and claim team in delivering distinctive client values
