About Senior Executive Assistant

  Eaton's EPG CPD Circuit Protection Division is currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant.

  This position is based in Moon Township, PA. No relocation is being offered for this role.

  The expected annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 a year.

  Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  What you'll do:

  Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Calendar and executive work agenda: maintain and arrange meetings and appointments, provide reminders

  • Support executive communications, including calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Point of contact between the executives

  • Help create a community feeling within the office. Take initiative, understanding team's dynamics, communication needs and propose actions.

  • Make travel plans, look for most efficient arrangements

  • Coordinating domestic and global meetings (in person and teleconference)

  • Events management

  • Expenses management and budget control

  • Preparation of monthly reports and presentations

  • Being actively involved in ad hoc projects, processes and initiatives

  • Take meeting minutes and action items and follow up accordingly

  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events

  Qualifications:

  Basic Qualifications:

  Associate's Degree from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of experience in an administrative functionMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.No relocation assistance will be provided. Only candidates that reside within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA will be considered

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Experience using Concur or similar software for booking travel and managing expense reports
