　　Working as part of the ERP team you'll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

　　We are looking for a Technical Lead in ERP who can lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success.

　　What you'll do:

　　As a leader, You will bring your ERP technical thought leadership to help clients solve their business challenges and transform their business processes. You enjoy coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and helping the ERP practice grow by contributing to sales pursuits, developing the capabilities of the consultant team, and contributing to the Avanade global ERP communities of practice.

　　Skills and experiences:

　　Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations

　　Deep knowledge of the X++ programming language

　　Estimating and solution design skills. Key technical thought leadership role on multiple full cycle implementations D365FO or Dynamics AX

　　Providing technical leadership, oversight, and direction to the joint partner-client D365FO functional and technical teams during the design, build, and test

　　Experience with the Microsoft stack underpinning D365FO Cloud including but not limited to Azure services (e.g. Data Factory, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Synapse), Power Platform, and Power BI.

　　Experience managing large geographically distributed software development teams.

　　Knowledge of Agile logic will be an asset.
