　　ABOUT THE JOB

　　This position will provide an integral consultative component to our customer's ongoing efforts to expedite the ROI and maximize the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions, especially OneStream XF. Consultants are responsible for providing solutions by working with customers to develop applications primarily for financial reporting. A Consultant has hands-on knowledge of OneStream XF and a track record of successful implementations as well as core product training. A Consultant completes the implementation work in a timely manner and can assist in validating the requirements and design of the application.A Consultant performs the routine and non-routine activities in each area of responsibility independently, with minimal coaching and supervision. OneStream Consultants typically work together with customer resources and frequently with a team of other consultants to implement complex web-based Business Performance Management solutions. Teamwork is an important function of this role. The ideal candidate possesses experience working in finance organizations, with sound understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Build extensible cubes & metadata, data sources, transformation rules, forms, journal templates, workflowsMigrate the various OS application (metadata, CV's, Dashboards, etc) and system (security, custom tables, etc) artifactsWrite certification questionsExhibit full proficiency in writing cube views, report books, dashboards, custom dashboards, quick viewsProduce initial drafts of all project documentation for reviewAssist in leading Requirements and Design meetingsRecommend potential solutions to senior team member(s)Write increasingly complex XFBR rulesWrite basic seeding rules, custom transformation rules, CF rules, parser business rules, conditional business rules, cube view extender rules, dashboard extender rules, and extensibility rulesIdentify opportunities for expanding OneStream's business in existing clientsEngage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer)Assist in validating the requirements and designSupport troubleshooting and resolution of application issuesSupport, mentor, onboard junior team membersWork closely with customer on informal knowledge transferRespond to support requests for most basic and build tasksParticipate in Regional, North America, and Global practice callsPresent Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessionsRespond to Inquiries from OneStream Employees via OneCommunityCompile & distribute Weekly Status Reports

　　QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEPreference is for the candidate to be based in Central or Eastern  States (due to travel/customer base locations)REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECollege diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant software implementation experienceExperience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experienceProficiency with MS Office and data modeling skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial accounting processesStrong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)Superior presentation skillsStrong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementationPrior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)PREFERRED EDUCAT
