Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidates who have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network of any reputed organization with at least 3 years in any one of the following:a.) Level-2 resource in an organization in the business of providing Network Services,
b.) As TAC resource of an OEM (in the field of network routing and switching
c.) Experience in managing network security for any organization in BFSI sector.
Skills: (Routing and Switching)
Should have expert level knowledge of IT Security, routing and switching protocol and networking devices.
Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good Team Management and co- ordination skills.
Fluent in at least Hindi and English languages.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Certifications(valid):
Any one of the certifications mentioned below:
Cisco CCDP
Cisco CCDE
Cisco CCIE Data Center
Cisco CCIE Routing and Switching
Cisco CCIE Service Provider
Juniper JNCIE-DC
Juniper JNCIE-SP
