　　Job Description

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Demonstrated solid experience on mechanical transmission design and component selection, such as motor, gear box, actuator, or mechanical structure design.

　　Engaging in all phases of new product design and introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.

　　Lead technical design review for concept solution, detail design and evaluation result with global team.

　　Perform mechanical parts’ integration, verification, FMEA, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability analysis.

　　Perform analysis on existing components to identify cost savings opportunity.

　　Qualifications/Requirements

　　Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

　　More than 5 years’ work experiences in the areas of motion/transmission or mechanical structure related design.

　　Master of CAD tools such as Creo for 3D, 2D and Mechanical transmission simulation is preferred.

　　Skills for Ansys FEA for Static Structure

　　Complete understanding/working knowledge of engineering design documentation and standard document control practices.

　　Must be able to work effectively in a global cross-functional team environment.

　　Desired Characteristics

　　Master or above in Mechanical Engineering or related.

　　Vascular product or large medical device or industrial automatic control design experience preferred.

　　Experience with vibration and/or acoustic reduction

　　Ansys FEA for Modal, Acoustics, Vibration

　　Knowledge and experience in selecting and qualifying mechanical components.

　　Experience with global & cross-functional teamwork.

　　Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

　　Fluent English communication.
