Description:
Manage engagement surveys and associated culture/change management activities - will be buried deep within Employee Engagement Surveys C
Collect & Analyze this data for reports
Will include project planning, survey administration, results roll-out, results interpretation, action planning, follow-up, communications, training, consulting, and culture/change management activities.
Collaboration team, HRBPs, and the Sentara Leadership team as a whole
Develop, support and maintain the employee engagement program initiatives that reinforce the company’s goals and culture
Assist department leaders and local HR with developing plans to improve on all things related to employee engagement, recognition and retention
Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree required.
Specific Employee Engagement/ Analytical side of HR required
Strong project management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Prior experience with large-scale change activities.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect and collaborate with others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfort presenting to groups of various sizes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Proficiency with data analytics (interpreting, understanding, and effectively conveying survey results, benchmarks, metrics, etc.).
25% travel to HQ for corporate events
