Parametrix is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. We have a growing workload and are looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer to help us deliver current and future projects. This position will join our established, talented team of electrical engineers, designers, programmers, and I/C professionals within the Pacific Northwest. Our Electrical team is a part of our Water Resources Division. We have a strong and growing water presence in Puyallup and Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. This position has remote flexibility, and we are open to candidate preference for ideal Parametrix office.Parametrix is 100% employee-owned and we are driven by our core values of client service, collaboration, compassion, employee ownership, fun, inclusion, and integrity.WHO YOU ARE:Leader: Electrical Engineer with BSEE, PE and substantial experience 10+ years consulting for municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater collection/distribution and treatment plant infrastructure and the ability develop, grow and mentor through successful management of key projects and sharing of technical knowledge.Relationship-focused: Strong team orientation and the ability to successfully integrate and collaborate within the water division and across all disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage projects and clients.Client Facing: This position will have direct exposure with clients. You will facilitate and ensure top client relationships. Act as the primary interface with key clients to ensure services are meeting their needs and expectations.
