JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tracking Code 2017812 Job Description What You WillDo: We are seeking a Senior Electrical DesignEngineer. In this role, youwill work on the Connected Products team and will support newdevelopment activities for the AeroSync Mission and AeroSync Max familyof products. You will be an individual contributor and mentor lessexperienced electrical design engineers. You will join the IntegratedProduct Team (IPT) as part of new product development activities. Aspart of the IPT, you will be responsible for taking a design fromconcept to development and into production. This position may also beassigned to support new business pursuits and technology refreshes ofcurrent products. This hybrid on-site position is based out of ourHeadquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the SeniorManager of Connected Products. How You Will Do It: *Work withcross-functional development teams to take products through requirementsdefinition, architecture development, detailed design, hardware andsoftware integration, requirements verification, and productqualification. *Analyze analog, digital, and power circuit designs,including microprocessors/controllers, DSP\'s, FPGA\'s, sensorinterfaces, linear and switching power supplies. *Develop and testprototypes to address areas of high technical risk. *Communicatedirectly with our customer\'s technical leads and subject matter expertsto agree upon solutions to technical issues. *Provide technicalguidance and oversight to less experienced engineers. *Lead electricalengineering design reviews and actively address technical risks in theproduct design. *Assure design compliance with applicable EMI/EMC andenvironmental standards. *Identify root causes and implement correctiveactions for issues discovered during product verification andqualification testing, customer integration, and product field failures.*Support robustness, HALT, and other stress testing methodologies.*Work directly with purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers throughnew product introduction and product launch. *Support project planningactivities, including project resourcing, budget estimation, andschedule development. What We Look For: Required *You must be eligibleto work in the United States without sponsorship. *Bachelor of Sciencedegree in electrical engineering or related field from an accreditedinstitution. *Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design orrelated field. *Minimum 5 years of experience in the development ofelectronics, including schematic design, circuit simulation, signalintegrity analysis, and EMI/EMC compliance.
