　　Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant

　　As a Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant, you will be responsible forimplementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions for clients.This role involves collaborating with clients to understand theirbusiness requirements, configuring the system to meet those needs, andproviding ongoing support and training.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Client Engagement:

　　Work closely with clients to understand their business processes andrequirements.

　　Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriatesolutions.

　　Implementation:

　　Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics GP to align with clientrequirements.

　　Lead and assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP modules,including financials, distribution, manufacturing, and human resources.

　　Training:

　　Provide training to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics GP functionality.

　　Create training materials and documentation for clients.

　　Customization:

　　Develop and implement customizations and enhancements to MicrosoftDynamics GP.

　　Write and modify SQL queries and scripts as needed.

　　Support:

　　Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing and resolving issues in atimely manner.

　　Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolvetechnical problems.

　　Upgrades and Migrations:

　　Assist clients in upgrading to newer versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

　　Plan and execute data migrations when necessary.

　　Best Practices:

　　Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics GP updates, patches, and bestpractices.

　　Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

　　Documentation:

　　Create and maintain documentation related to configurations,customizations, and client-specific processes.

　　Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

　　Required:

　　Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.

　　Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP.

　　Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.

　　Proficiency in SQL and database management.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

　　Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.

　　Working Conditions:

　　Travel may be required to client sites.

　　Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.
