What you’ll do:

　　The primary responsibility of this role is to be a technical expert in designing low voltage electrical systems or Electrical panels required for EVCI & other electrical market. Individual need complete product development life cycle expertise in which mainly responsibilities mention as below

　　Proficiency in understanding LV electrical system design requirements, preparing the general arrangement drawing, Schematic, Single line, Component selection and calculations, BOM for given product requirements.

　　Worked in Electrical panel industry who has cross functional experience of working with Manufacturing, SCM and testing/Quality team to address challenge’s during design & manufacturing of electrical panels.

　　Hands on experience of working on PCC, MCC, Panelboards and PLC panels, designed & developed electrical schematics for these products on his own by understanding all the aspects of panel design.

　　Hands on experience in calculations and selections of different switchgear, Busbar sizing, Enclosure selection, protection relays, CT’s & PT’s.

　　Have done all electrical calculations to select appropriate electrical components required for any electrical panel accordance with depth understanding of respective IEC/UL standard.

　　Able to create point to point wiring details based on control schematics. feruling for this control/ power wiring. Aware about IEC/UL/NEMA Electrical Schematics standards.

　　Hands on experience on various PLC Applications, I/O modules, Synchronization relays, contactors, Various control logics design, control power interlocking relays, control wiring details

　　Sound knowledge of industries widely used communication protocols like – RS485, Ethernet, INCOM, Profibus, Modbus, patch panels, Ethernet switches, Gateways, dashboard lite.

　　Technical training / mentoring of new engineers within team for smooth on the job onboarding and assimilation.

　　Collaborate with sales & Marketing team and propose alternative innovative solutions by reviewing specifications to understand customer requirements.

　　Identify automation / digitalization / process improvements in the team for productivity & quality improvement.

　　Prepare process guidelines, work documents, Test reports and standardize it globally and Communicate with all departments to ensure that correct engineering documentation is available and in use in the manufacture of the respective products.

　　Ability to communicate technical information to manufacturing & quality team.

　　Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills.

　　Qualifications:

　　BE Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.Skills:

　　Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN software.

　　Able to perform 3D assemblies (nice to have).

　　Experience with Industrial controls and electrical products/circuit protection.
