　　As a senior distribution analyst, you will…

　　Contribute to Starbucks success by providing distribution expertise, project management, analytical and influencing skills to support the distribution team in developing innovative, cost-effective and scalable distribution systems that facilitate global growth and generate store and customer value. You will also model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

　　Summary of key responsibilities:

　　Assesses the financial and operational impact of distribution initiatives and recommends or implements solutions

　　Develops project plans that define scope, schedule, budget and business impact and risks. Executes plans and identifies issues or obstacles, gains alignment and brings to resolution

　　Leads the design and implementation of distribution processes and foundational distribution systems that improve service or efficiency, increase capacity and reduce costs. Leads the design and implementation of distribution network models that drive business decisions for global market growth and distribution capacity/location requirements. Develops requests for proposal and analyzes bids

　　We’d love to hear from people with:

　　Industry experience: 3-5 years of experience in the following:o distribution analytics and planning

　　o performance metrics development and root cause analysis

　　o project management

　　o order management systems

　　Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

　　Results-oriented, able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong collaboration and communication skills

　　Advanced Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills

　　Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and able to work independently

　　Experience working with 3PL providers [not required but an asset]
