Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Respiratory Marketing will contribute to the financial success of DUPIXENT and will report to the Executive Director, Respiratory Marketing Lead. The primary areas of responsibility will be to lead the strategy development and competitive planning of DUPIXENT for the Asthma indication, that will continue to build and drive demand for DUPIXENT in this growing competitive market. Specifically, this will include leading the development of Asthma and Pulmonary focused strategy ensuring strong alignment with the broader franchise strategy across other specialties and creative, with specific focus and customization for Pulmonologists.
A Typical Day Might Look Like the Following:
Lead the development of the Asthma and Pulmonary strategy and ensures alignment with overall brand strategy with key specialist targets
Develops Asthma focused messages supporting all appropriate focused sales organizations (both PULM and Allergist)
Partners with National Sales Director (for both PULMs and Allergists) in the development of specialist focused planning in support of the evolving Asthma competitive market and the growing pulmonary disease group
Partner with Market Access in the development of launch strategy and messages to support reimbursement policy evaluation
Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to establish DUPIXENT as biologic of choice in Asthma
Ensures that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines
Foster strong partnership with medical affairs, Clinical, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, legal, and other functions in developing HCP in market resources to ensure aligned objectives and implementation across all functions
Manage and provide growth opportunities for direct report(s)
Work cross-functionally and within the co-promotional Alliance framework to create, manage and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing
Work with finance and Executive Director to monitor spending against budget/forecast report budget results as requested; manage all projects and responsibilities to agreed-upon project timelines, budgets, and scope

Experience managing congress and conference related marketing activities
Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data as well as simplify their meaning
Ability to manage given budgets according to the brand plan
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus.15+ years of "progressive" industry/ relevant professional experience; 8+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry/ relevant professional experience. Respiratory/ Immunology experience preferred. Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed).
