In this dynamic position, you’ll analyze business needs, ensuring that Oracle’s solutions align with customer objectives by blending industry-leading practices with deep product knowledge. You’ll leverage Oracle’s methodologies and policies to minimize risks while ensuring contractual obligations are met, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction. As an influential figure, you'll frequently work at the cutting edge of technology and innovation. You may oversee multiple projects, phases, or tracks within a program, driving progress and making data-driven decisions.

You’ll proactively identify and resolve complex challenges, offering creative and strategic solutions. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, you will have a direct impact on the most difficult customer decisions and transformation efforts. By building strong relationships, you’ll ensure that all deliverables meet customer needs and exceed expectations. You will also collaborate with Oracle’s diverse business lines, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure the overall success of the program. Your expertise will be essential in supporting business development efforts, particularly by providing invaluable domain knowledge.

This role involves managing high-complexity, large-scale programs, requiring both strategic vision and attention to detail. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping Oracle’s continued growth and success in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead innovative solution implementation with a significant industry impact, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions.

Analyze and align business needs with Oracle’s offerings, utilizing best practices and deep product knowledge.

Apply Oracle’s methodologies and policies, minimizing risks while ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

Manage multiple projects, tracks, or phases within the program, recommending enhancements to meet complex customer needs.

Provide strategic leadership to high-performing teams on challenging projects, driving thought leadership and influence in customer decision-making.

Collaborate closely with all Oracle business units, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

Enable business development by sharing expertise and providing valuable domain insight.

Oversee the scope and complexity of large-scale, high-stakes programs.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex application/software and hardware/technology projects.

5+ years of experience managing projects with increasing complexity, including leadership of teams and managers.

Expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building and managing customer relationships.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Hospitality solutions or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.

Comprehensive understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices with the ability to apply them strategically.

Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) required; additional certifications or qualifications a plus.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in managing matrixed teams and working in cross-functional environments.

Able to navigate complex organizational structures and drive business transformation.

A proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale programs with high stakes and industry-wide impact.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
