This role may be remote (Wichita or Hutchinson, KS area based) withoccasional travel into the Buhler, Kansas office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of sales and marketing vision:
Set and drive goals and milestones for the team, not only encouragingthey are met but exceeded
Develop forward thinking, market strategies and plans to synchronizesales and marketing activities for best results
Drive profitable growth
Lead the team through coaching, development and proper proactivetraining opportunities
Leverage/develop information systems and and data resources to track andmeasure results and performance
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results relative tocompany targets and competitive benchmarks
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify newmarket opportunities
Develop and direct implementation of sales and marketing programs thatwill maximize growth and profitability goals
Define market segmentation and prioritize high profile target audiences(as defined by demographics, behaviors, influencers, channels and valuepropositions.)
Develop strategies to drive penetration of high priority market segments
Own relationships with external marketing partners - driving Ideateksstrategy, branding initiatives marketing goals and objectives
Seek to understand current sales & marketing trends and technology;offering recommendations for improvement and efficiency
Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to fosterorganizational development and to develop and execute profitable growthstrategies

Qualifications
Skills & Requirements:
Experienced senior leader in sales and marketing
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Technical skills in strategic planning, leading and implementing change
Experience with both strategic thinking (big picture) as well as rigoraround managing details with adherence to defined goals and performancemetrics
Preferences:
10+ yearsinsales with marketing experience OR 10+ years in marketingwith sales experience
Experience in developing and owning the sales and marketing strategy
