　　We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Director, Network Engineering to lead the Capacity Planning and Network Decommissioning teams. Provide leadership to include establishing goals, expectations and strategic direction, supervision, coordination, planning, and monitoring of actual results. Develop and ensure compliance with operating budgets. Also responsible for network planning including major roles in capital planning and spending for the core production networks.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manages and allocates financial and people resources to execute operational and business strategies.Motivate staff to deliver high quality work in a collaborative environment.Mentor and develop staff through training, coaching and providing opportunities for growth through work assignments.Provide technical leadership across departments, ensuring collaboration resulting in solutions that meet CCI's business needs long term.Serve as a key resource and provide input for the corporation's strategic planning process. Formulate long and short range plans to meet corporate objectives, keep pace with new technology, and fulfill customer needs. Ensure application of company policies.Establish department plans, goals, and the metrics to measure their success.Enable staff to do more or find a new and better perspective. Transition individuals, teams, and organizations using methods intended to re-direct the use of resources, business processes, budget allocations, or other modes of operation that significantly reshape an organization.Develop and maintain vertical and horizontal working relationships promoting cooperation among one's staff and peers.Manages the hiring, evaluation and termination of employees.Maintain knowledge and skills to perform the duties and responsibilities specific to the job, as well as stay abreast of changes in job functions.

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 12 years telecommunications engineering experienceMinimum of 5 years management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management skills

　　Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $111,910 - $169,464
