　　As a Senior Director / Managing Director in the IP Management Consulting& Valuation practice, you will focus on testimony in internationallitigation engagements related to IP licensing. Responsibilities willinclude meeting with clients and/or counsel to collect information forthe creation of reports, due diligence, analyzing and critiquingopposing parties\' claims, collaborating with teams ranging fromAnalysts to Senior Managing Directors to develop opinions and workproduct, and ultimately providing testimony.
