The Opportunity
Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms, will be accountable for the execution and leadership of our core business enabling platforms that that enable CSL to achieve enterprise scale solutions. You will help supervise the transformation to a product platform execution model, focusing on building and scaling solutions that support our global operating business. You will focus on maturing our ERP platform landscape, providing leadership responsibilities for the analytics platform and main enabling functions platforms that serve within the enterprise.
The Role
ERP Platform Transformation Leadership:
Manage the modernization and transformation of our core ERP platform, enabling a true digital core platform to be the foundation for the development and deployment of product solutions across the enterprise landscape.
Be the technology expert for the ERP Platform.
Data and Analytics Platform Leadership:
Lead the modernization and transformation of the modern analytics platform supporting the associated ERP and Enabling Functions business domains.
Enable adoption of data and analytics to enable faster business insights.
Talent Development:
Hire, develop and retain critical talent, modernization our delivery methodologies to align to a platform delivery mindset.
Build relationships with trusted technology and service partners.
Delivery Management:
Manage concurrent delivery initiatives across the targeted portfolio, optimizing delivery capacity and ensure value creation.Continuous Improvement and Agile Modernization:
Promote future value creation through the usage of Agile delivery methodologies, and seek the adoption of DevOps to further automation and quality.Partner Collaboration:
Manage both business and I&T partners, ensure successful collaboration and agreement of requirements and solutions enabled by the platform, creating and communicating a coherent and tangible roadmap.Technology Expert:
Stay up to date on current trends in industry and within the technology landscape for adoption and applying improvements and value for the enterprise.Your Skills & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent reqired.
15+ years of progressive experience in the technology landscape, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience.
10+ years building solutions applying SAP ERP platform, with demonstrative knowledge of the technology architecture and capabilities of the different modules.
Demonstrated experience within Lifesciences preferred.
7+ years of experience delivering solution in regulated environments.
7+ years of experience leading delivery of analytical solutions, applying SAP BW and other analytical platforms such as AWS Redshift, Azure Datawarehouse, Databricks or other.
5+ years focused on delivering platforms and enabling products. Demonstrated experience with platform development and understanding of product lifecycle management in the software context.
5+ years delivering solutions applying modern cloud PaaS.
Understanding of cloud application architecture patterns and experience applying DevSecOps.
5+ years delivering solutions through Agile methodology.
3+ years demonstrated experience delivering solutions at a global enterprise scale.
