We are currently searching for a Senior Director, Client Procurement Services for our hospitality and lodging segment, one of our fastest growing strategic segments. This role will work from a remote home. The ideal candidate residing near a major airport.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full PL ownership of clients within the HL segment to ensure the achievement of established financial targets through planning, implementation, and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.

Responsible for the strategic segment plan, reviewed with executive leadership, that will align with organizations’ overall strategy.

Direct management of a team of professionals to ensure client retention and growth that aligns with the organizations targets

Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of segment relationships, including aligning cross functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, marketing to grow and retain assigned segment, expansion of the Web of Influence, coaching of direct and indirect teams.

Direct and indirect client interaction will take place depending on the need and ROI. Direct analysis of opportunities and will analyze, interpret, communicate, and coordinate all functions supporting implementation of contracted services and product optimization with clients and customers to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.

Support Entegra and Sodexo business development activities and the teams, in the sales process for organizational growth.

Support the growth and connectivity, and coordinate activities with manufacturer partners and clients, Local and Direct Team as well as other internal teams to achieve financial goals.

Proven success influencing and working with C-Suite and Chief Procurement Officer level

The successful candidate will possess the following

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

10+ Years of National Account Management experience with client interaction within client’s executive team, leadership, operators and other client team members.

5-10 years of experience in the lodging/ hotel industry.

5+ years management experience with a highly engaged, dedicated team of professionals.

GPO experience highly desired

Experience with negotiation and deal making process

Strong ability to lead and influence a team

Strategic mindset

Strong Financial Acumen
