Kforce's client is looking to hire a Senior Digital Strategist in Miami, FL.Summary:The Senior Digital Strategist oversees the digital marketing and advertising initiatives across the agency's client portfolio. They will be starting from the sales discovery meeting through to the walk-through of monthly client reports, with the support of a business manager, creative team, and implementation staff. The role is a combination of some hands-on execution, with 90% of the tasks delegated to supporting staff.Key Tasks:
Senior Digital Strategist will strategize with the understanding of the relationship between digital and traditional initiatives, sometimes the traditional is in-house
Develop and maintain budget forecasting and performance analysis tools, primarily functioning as complex MS Excel workbooks
Help supporting staff identify their career goals and when possible, align their responsibilities with their professional development path
Develop additional revenue channels and pricing models based on target profitability and implementation plan
Manage outside vendors from pricing negotiations through to measuring performance and deliverables
As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will introduce the agency's suite of digital services to prospective clients in support of the Business Development team in Discovery Meetings
Dig into the prospective clients advertising history to determine willingness and need across all digital services during Discovery Meetings
Independently dig into campaign performance using internal tools, ad platforms and analytics software to find opportunity
Communicate mid-campaign performance and suggested adjustments to clients via email and sometimes spot meetings
Must have managed PAID budgets from 100k

Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
