　　As a member of an agile team of smart and highly motivated DevOps engineers, you'll build and maintain cloud solutions that support the ability for our customers to collaborate all over the world at any time. 　　You'll work with cloud technologies in a dynamic, flexible, and fast-paced environment to support the availability of critical business services and infrastructure operating at scale.

　　Responsibilities

　　Safely and consistently deliver new value to Autodesk customersSupport business non-negotiables such as security and complianceImplement, refine and monitor for the health of services for Revit Cloud WorksharingImprove the efficiency and sustainability of operating services at scale across multiple regionsSolve complex problems through careful design and planning, minimizing disruption to our customersBrainstorm on technology decisions that will support future business objectivesCollaborate with service engineers around infrastructure choices to support new functionalityContinuously learn and grow through knowledge sharing activitiesActively seek the ideas of others to improve decision quality

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Experience guiding teams through the design and implementation of infrastructure systems and using data to evaluate successExperience documenting best practices and providing constructive feedback on the work on your peer's workExperience in leading a team by accepting individual working styles and supporting team cohesion through mature and direct feedbackExperience collaborating with team leadership to ensure that we're aligned and focused on the right prioritiesExperience in applying automation to improve the sustainability, efficiency, and reliability of processesExperience using IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation to maintain services and their infrastructureExperience using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Grafana to improve service health, insight, and recovery timeExperience using containerization tools such as Docker and AWS/ECS and have experience with scripting languages including bash, Python, and Powershell

　　Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to responding to outages with urgency to uphold customers' trust in our productsDevelop and use every failure as an opportunity to learn and guide your team to embrace change with a sense of curiosity, partnering in continuous improvement processes such as retrospectives and blameless post-mortems
