You will work to earn customer trust by identifying and anticipating customer challenges, providing opinionated, deeply technical guidance, and ensuring customer needs are communicated to the product team clearly and effectively.You will identify information gaps, creating and delivering technical content to educate and guide customers, including documentation, blog posts, technical presentations, workshops, and video content.
