This seniorlevel position will be responsible for managing wastewater, waterresources, and/or infrastructure planning and design projects andmaintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Job Expectations: Manage and executework on wastewater and water utilities and industrial facilitiesincluding gravity sewers, forcemains, stormwater facilities, waterline,etc. Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction plans,specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimatesfor various projects Actively direct multi-discipline design projectresources and interface with Clients Assume responsibility for meetingbudget and profitability goals for assigned projects Play an active rolein the maintenance of existing clients and the development of new clientrelationships Provide consultation in specialized areas. Make decisionsand solve problems. Participate in improving company resources and toolsto improve design production and efficiency. Prepare and makepresentations to clients for project technical meetings Ensure thequality of work products within the scope of the budget and schedule ofthe project Supervise and mentor teams of project engineers indelivering projects and professional growth. Supervise direct reports;evaluating annual performance, manage performance, mentor and train.Desired Skills and Experience: B.S. degree required, M.S. degreepreferred in related engineering field of Civil or EnvironmentalEngineering. 10 to 25 years of progressively increasing responsibilityin related experience preferred. Professionally registered (Civil)engineer required; license must be current and in good standing.Demonstrated strong project management skills. Ability to focus onclient needs while balancing multiple priorities to include but notlimited to project management, design, bidding and constructionmanagement services. Strong technical writing skills required.Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and publicpresentations experience. Strong written and oral communication skillswith demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and writtenreport preparation.
