Description:

　　Actalent is seeking a Senior Design Architect to join the team of a firm in Denver, CO. The candidate should have 7+ years of experience and has been in a role leading design, primarily working within schematic design and design development, but also assisting, providing support and input through project completion. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and have experience and interest in Multifamily projects.

　　Work Environment:

　　60 person firm with 3 offices - Madison & Milwaukee, WI & Denver, CO.

　　Denver office is 12 people, opened 5 years ago.

　　75% of work is multifamily (mainly market rate & affordable housing) - 25% government, cultural, commercial projects.

　　Typically work on larger scale projects - doesn't pursue small projects unless it is an existing client.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Produce and assemble municipal entitlement packages with senior level guidance and any necessary follow-up.

　　7+ years of experience at an architectural firm with at least 5 years of experience designing large-scale Multifamily projects.

　　Demonstrated understanding of working with, or for, private developer clients.

　　Substantial experience with Sketchup software.

　　Experience with AutoCAD architectural software.

　　Experience with Revit Architecture software.

　　Design skill that demonstrates knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

　　Has an ability to produce competent, efficient, feasible, and professional options that meet project and client criteria as well as market standards and demands with the guidance of a senior architect.
