　　The Role:

　　Our site in Decatur, Texas is seeking aMaintenance Custodianto join our team.

　　The Maintenance Custodian is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our offices, restrooms, and other facilities. This role will also work with the Facility Maintenance Technician, maintaining lights, plumbing, and other aspects of the facility. Work must be performed with high standards of work ethic and integrity.

　　HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 6AM-2:45PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.

　　What you'll do:

　　Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and deodorize restrooms, offices, and breakrooms.Collect trash and recyclables from all areas and transport them to the bulk waste bins.Exhibit attention to detail; dusting all surfaces, cleaning cobwebs, and wiping off surfaces.```{=html}

　　```- Work in harsh environments such as maintaining sidewalks in the winter and production areas in the summer.- Clear stopped up bathroom fixtures periodically as needed.- Help maintain the facilities, i.e., move/assemble furniture, hang white boards and TVs, replace lights, fix doors, painting etc.

　　```- Recommend appropriate cleaning supplies and routinely communicate inventory levels.- Must be proactive and identify / correct potential hazards and unsafe conditions.- Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures.- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

　　What We Seek:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.```{=html}

　　```- Ability to lift 50 lbs., walk and stand during entire shift.- Works in a graphite dusty type of environment.- Forklift certification- Strip waxing

　　```- Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).- Experience in working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 and AS9100 environment a plus.- Able to pass pre-employment physical- Candidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.
