Your role

　　Your team

　　Our team work very closely with our key global business sponsors including Execution Services and Digital Platforms. Problems vary from high volume, low latency, scalable architecture through to bespoke quantitative analytics for our Electronic Trading clients. The kdb+ platform is a fundamental part of our algo business globally across Equities, Futures, and FX.

　　Your expertise

　　• experience in at least one large database technology

　　• strong computer science fundamentals and modern software development practices

　　• experience working closely with risk functions and the business, with an ability to quickly understand technical requirements

　　• very strong communication skills

　　• ideally 5+ years of experience in kdb+/q including design of large kdb+ systems and infrastructures

　　• experience in Market data and algorithmic trading order and execution data ideally in Equities, Futures, and/or FX products and data

　　• experience with Low latency systems development and tick data capture

　　• Azure and Kubernetes

　　• development in a UNIX and/or Linux environment
