Your role

　　We're looking for a Chief of Staff to:

　　• Oversee cross-divisional projects front to back. Develop business cases for key business initiatives, set priorities, identify key results for success and execute against a project plan. Provide oversight and serve as credible challenge throughout implementation.

　　• Prepare, refine and deploy the group-wide strategic business agenda via executive committees and management presentations. Interface across senior stakeholders to organize agendas focused on timely opportunities, coordinate impactful materials and own follow-up on takeaways

　　• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Global Wealth Management as well as with functional partners around the world to synthetize and prioritize information flow and drive collaboration

　　• Participate in the planning of UBS Bank USA Board of Directors oversight activities and agendas.

　　• Define, monitor and manage organizational metrics for key focus areas, including but not limited to risk, financial management and human resources

　　• Support timely communications strategy for both internal and external audiences

　　• Organize the Banking Americas people strategy (including promotion and talent development) and enhance the group's employee engagement framework to ensure professional enrichment opportunities for employees at all ranks

　　Your team

　　The Chief of Staff for GWM Banking Americas is responsible for supporting day-to-day high priority deliverables and enabling the achievement of business goals and initiatives for Head of Banking Americas and Chair UBS Bank USA. The Chief of Staff will drive management productivity and organization around key engagements, as well as coordinate strategic projects and the group's transformation agenda.

　　This role requires excellent decision-making ability, superior organizational knowledge, independent decision making, strong relationships across the company and a comfort in working with senior management

　　Your expertise

　　• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

　　• 8+ years of financial services experience in global and complex settings

　　• Leadership/executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills, including proven experience in developing senior executive presentations, communications, and concise updates / talking points

　　• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts in a concise manner

　　• Openness to challenge and continuously challenging the status quo

　　• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, highly matrix, dynamic environment

　　• Ability to garner support and secure buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, and decision makers

　　• Self-starter who can work independently and with limited supervision

　　• Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams

　　• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding UBS
