　　The Role

　　We're looking for an experienced Sr. Data Engineer with strong data analytics and engineering skills to join our small and creative team. An ideal person not only knows how to build a strong team but also instills a strong product driven culture within the entire organization. Ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment.

　　Plus, since you would be joining us early in our journey, you will be intimately involved in every aspect of the product with a significant say when it comes to technical decisions. You'll own projects from concept to completion and be working alongside talented software engineers in executing your projects.

　　What You'll Be Doing

　　Work with the engineering, product, and other-cross functional teams to design and build scalable data models and pipelines

　　Own data engineering infrastructure to drive and enable statistical, optimization, AI/ML models and usage

　　Analyze the data and provide meaningful insights

　　Build ETL solutions to pull data from various sources

　　Build and maintain data-driven applications that enable business process automation and support business operations

　　Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that new products and features are instrumented to capture product usage data/telemetry

　　What You'll Need

　　5+ years of working experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure / data warehouse

　　Proficiency in Python, SQL, other scripting language skills

　　Experience with Airflow, Redshift, AWS/GCP platforms

　　Experience with Looker and knowledge of LookML

　　Experience in data analyses using SQL

　　Solid understanding of REST and building scalable APIs.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Bonus: Experience with ML frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Hugging Face, SageMaker

　　Bonus: Experience in fintech is highly valuable.
