　　VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Senior Data Architect to support a Navy customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in Arlington, VA.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Support and provide expertise evaluating, developing and implementing data architecture and designs for Database, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, and Master Data Management within a S&T domain

　　Initiate data architecture related activities, including extract-transform-load (ETL) processes and data warehouse solutions design, through business needs analysis

　　Develop data and analytics capabilities and solutions that interact with systems, databases, and web-based applications to facilitate data availability

　　Transition Data and Analytics capabilities to the Cloud

　　Design Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), and various reporting systems

　　Contribute to implementation of data and analytic products including configuration control of system code, secure deployment of code updates to the production servers via OOB network, and communication with the Oracle database

　　Provide leadership and work with stakeholders, customers and end users to identify, interpret and translate needs to produce data and analytic capabilities and tools, services and products

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor degree

　　IAT Level II (i.e. CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCPIAT) or IAT Level III certification (i.e. CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)

　　5+ Years of data architecture design experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and ETL in or for a DoD or federal agency S&T mission focused organization

　　Knowledge of external and internal data capabilities and trends, evaluates vendors and contributes to the oversight and governance for configuration and implementation of products.

　　Data modeling experience, creating both logical and physical designs

　　Active DoD Secret Clearance required

　　This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.
