This role is a leadership position reporting to the NA Practice Lead within I&D NA. The role is responsible for leading the solutions around Data, Analytics & Connected Technologies to achieve the business objectives of Clients within the TelcoSector. This is a multi-disciplinary role where the candidate supervises all aspects of GTM, Technology Solutioning, Strategy, & Thought Leadership. The successful candidate will bring in a high EQ with working knowledge in the Data Engineering, Analytics, and MDM space, specifically platforms, tools, warehouse and data-lake, and other technologies, for the Telco sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
§ Lead GTM for Data and analytics practice for sector in NA. This will involve owning bookings and revenue numbers.
§ Assist account and market unit teams to grow I&D's business within their sector
§ Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals
§ Generate and develop business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with clients, account leads, service lines. Identify/support large-scale, multi-year, transformational deals, focusing on large I&D components.
§ Have strong Technical Leadership, Solutions & Architecture, and global team building skills
§ Demonstrate flexibility, sound decision making, and strong analytics and organizational skills
§ Oversee the strategy, development and implementation of data delivery, analytical and reporting and connected technology solutions in a matrixed environment
§ Lead, manage, and mentor a team of service line Technology Consultants in NA
§ Responsible for leading in the development of ideas, solutions, and support sales initiatives
§ Support defining project scope, timeline and staffing while staying engaged throughout the process to ensure alignment and acceptance of solutions
§ Have a whatever it takes attitude with the ability to self-learn and bring together global teams to effectively deliver
§ Have structured thinking, a data-driven approach and a collaborative spirit to partner with business partners
§ Oversees managing a specific client or multiple clients depending on project scope.
§ Must be able to help sell solutions to existing and external clients and a strong influencer of decisions
§ Be a major contributor to the growth of the service line and the company
§ Have knowledge and practice of agile methodologies
§ Can partner with senior business stakeholders to understand information needs and translate into solutions
§ Be familiar with traditional data warehousing best practices, master data management and big data solutions as well as cutting edge technologies such as Cloud, PAAS, and IoT

Qualifications and Experience:
§ 15+ years of relevant technical experience bringing a data-driven approach to business decision making
§ 10+ years in the management of technical team in a big 4 environment
§ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Information Services, Engineering, Economics, Statistics and/ or equivalent experience
§ Demonstrated ability to successfully present to and communicate with C-Suite
