F-22 IV&V Cybersecurity Specialist
KBR is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to support F-22 Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in analyzing systems and cybersecurity engineering artifacts used to support the Assessment and Authorization of advanced avionics systems and subsystems at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The candidate should be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct risk assessments on development, testing, and fielding of F-22 Modernization and Sustainment Products
Perform key cybersecurity analyses
Provide assessment and technical input as directed by the Joint Security Implementation Guide, (JSIG)
Review program documentation (e.g. concept, requirements, design, manuals, reports, source code (as applicable), deficiency/change reports and program schedules) to ensure that established security requirements are adequately addressed and sustained
Witness functional testing and conduct additional security testing where necessary to verify the established security requirements are implemented and sustained; document and report IV&V test plans, results, anomaly reports, recommendations, activity reports and other special reports as required
Evaluate the technical security measurements of the Prime Contractor to ensure compliance
Perform other duties as assigned by management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Degree in Computer Science, or a related field or 10 years experience in related field. Advanced degree preferred.
DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II is required, Level III (CISSP) preferred
Familiarity with DoDIs 8500.01 & 8510.01, NIST SP 800-53, and RMF
Active Top SECRET security clearance, based upon a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or SSBI Periodic Review (SBPR) and be eligible for Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
