　　Cribl is expanding its Legal team to meet Cribl's rapidly growing needs.This role will support Cribl's corporate governance function and will beresponsible for corporate maintenance and governance, Board and committeesupport, mergers and acquisitions support, securities compliance, andsupporting equity administration. This role reports to the Chief LegalOfficer.

　　If You Got It - We Want It

　　Assist with forming, maintaining, and managing domestic and internationalentities, subsidiaries, and registrations, including maintainingcorporate and compliance calendars, ensuring timely filings, and reviewingand filing relevant foreign entity registrations and business licenses.Assist with Board and shareholder meetings, including preparing,distributing, and maintaining meeting minutes, materials, consents,and secretary's certificates, as well as maintaining the minute book andindex.Assist with securities compliance activities, including Rule 701 reporting.Support finance and stock administration team to ensure a best-in-class equityprogram.Support the legal team as needed, including without limitation using,maintaining, and administering the legal team's tools and managing legalrecordCoordinate with other legal teams on legal and other cross-functional issues.

　　As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Bring....

　　At least ten years of relevant legal experience as a corporate paralegal at alaw firm or multinational corporation, including at least four years ofexperience at a public company; experience with enterprise cloud or softwarecompanies is a plus.Paralegal certificate or equivalent training.Experience with supporting domestic and international entities,subsidiaries, and registrations.Experience with support Board and shareholder meetings.Experience with supporting SEC reporting and compliance activities for a NYSEor Nasdaq listed company.Experience with equity plans, stock option agreements, and stock transfers.Experience supporting litigation is a plus.Experience with using office software and services such as Google Drive,Docs, Sheets, and Google Slides, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Commitment to Cribl's core values of Customer First, Always;Irreverent, But Serious; Do- acratic; Transparent; and Together.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including withoutlimitation the ability to write simply.Excellent attention to detail.

　　Salary Range ($108,000 - $155,000)

　　The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salaryoffered within the range described will be based on the individualcandidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
