The Team
Fitting within the wider PVH central Supply Chain Operations group, the Marketplace Supply Chain Services team provides a high quality service and supports the local markets primarily to ensure a clean and processable order book. The team delivers guidance and assistance for all Supply Chain operational processes, offers best practices as well as knowledge exchange. Communication is key and the team ensures clarity and transparency between internal and external stakeholders.
The Position
Reporting into the Jr Marketplace Supply Chain Services Manager, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for any Supply Chain operational topics for one of our biggest wholesale markets. Following the full life cycle of Supply Chain, from initial order intake to end-of-season clean up, you will monitor, analyze, guide, support and ensure best practices are followed. You will drive and lead projects and be the subject matter expert in specific fields (master data, VAS, process development, sustainability, tools/systems, etc.)
You will be collaborating and driving initiatives with the local Customer Service teams as well as the central teams: Order Fulfillment, Central DC, Business Process Development, our Trainer & Coach and other relevant departments such as Customer Set Up and Credit Control.
We are looking for a person with a hands-on approach, analytical minded, who is process-driven and is able to communicate to the required levels within the organization in order to have a smooth processing of the countries Order Books.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert (master data, VAS, process development, sustainability, specific tools/systems)
Drive business decisions based on analysis of data, bearing the complexity of the Wholesale Markets in mind
Be responsible for one of our biggest Markets
Identify areas for improvement within the Markets based on analysis and work together with the local teams to optimize supply chain processes
Project owner who drives and leads internal projects including the roll-out to all relevant Markets
Be the go-to person within the team for knowledge, processes, best practice sharing
Maintain strong relationships with the local Customer Service teams
Improve ways of everyday communication
Take ownership to channel / escalate topics to relevant parties and drive the follow-up accordingly
Proactively check the quality of the Order Book and together with the Markets follow-up on actions to keep the Order Book as processable and clean as possible
Be able to challenge and have a voice towards Customer Service, Warehouse, Customer Set Up, Credit Control and all other Supply Chain Operations teams
The Ideal Candidate
Min 2- 4 years’ experience in similar role
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Excellent Excel and SAP knowledge
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively adapt communication style to the interest and level of the audience
Priority setting and time management skills
Problem solving minded
Team player
Being transparent and pro-active is very important in this role; "act instead of react"
