We are looking to hire a Senior Content Developer, Data & AI to join our team.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Content Developer, Data & AI you will scope, design, create, and maintain content that teaches technical professionals how to build solutions with Microsoft data & AI technologies.
You will engage with Microsoft product, marketing, field, and skilling stakeholders and with external subject matter experts and customers to determine and prioritize skilling needs.
You will create and maintain practical exercises that provide relevant experiential learning opportunities for delivery through multiple self-paced and instructor-led skilling channels.
You will engage with Worldwide Learning product development teams to envision and create innovative new skilling and skills validation solutions for our customers.
You will review and refresh your content to ensure it remains relevant and to improve it in response to feedback and quality metrics.
You will maintain your own technical expertise by keeping up to date with the latest advancements in data & AI technologies.
Qualifications
Required Qualification
5+ years experience in writing, content design, information technology (IT), or coding/programming
OR equivalent experience.
Expertise in the following technology areas:
OR Microsoft data analytics services, including Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Databricks.
OR Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI service, Azure AI Vision, Azure AI Language, or Azure AI Document Intelligence
Preferred Qualification
Written communication skills, including writing professional documentation or courseware development.
Experience of delivering technical training is not essential but advantageous, as is achievement of a current Microsoft professional certification in a relevant data or AI technology or role.
Technical Writing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
