About Senior Content Designer

  Join a growing content design team that's reimagining commercial banking for our clients and creating better internal tools for our colleagues.

  As a senior content designe r, you're a passionate wordsmith, user advocate, and systematic thinker. A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment appeals to you. You want to help build the processes that you'll work within, and you handle shifting directives with aplomb. Above all, you'll uphold the tenets of leading with empathy and customer-centricity as you work with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, marketing, legal, and senior business executives to transform end-to-end customer experiences.

  Job Responsibilities

  Craft intuitive and engaging content for digital Commercial Banking products

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needs

  Continue to build our content design system

  Give and accept constructive feedback

  Assist the broader team with copy needs for presentations and documents

  Share knowledge and educate the organization about content design and best practices

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  Bachelor's degree

  3+ years of writing-based work experience, with at least 3 years in content design

  Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills as a content designer. Please include a link to your online portfolio or work samples in your résumé.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  Familiarity with financial terminology

  Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology

  Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessible design

  Familiarity with collaborative UX tools such as Figma

  We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
