Let's work together to "Make the Invisible Visible"!Job Description*Execute compensation strategies that drive employee engagement and business success.*Conduct global job evaluations and market assessments to proactively benchmark compensation packages.*Ensure compensation programs remain competitive and attractive to top talent.*Administer global annual merit increases, bonuses, equity grants, and deferred compensation programs.*Communicate program details effectively to all employees.*Manage long-term incentive (LTI) and short-term incentive (STI) programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.*Monitor program effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.*Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation-related matters.*Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across global geographies.*Analyze and interpret global compensation data to inform strategic decisions.*Drive initiatives that enhance employee retention and satisfaction.*Prepare and present comprehensive compensation reports to senior management.*Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Business Units) globally.*Influence and educate teams on compensation best practices.*Champion change management efforts within the HR function.
Skills, Knowledge, Certifications, and Experience*Data Analysis and Interpretation:*Ability to analyze compensation data, market trends, and employee needs.*Interpret complex data to make informed decisions.*Communication Skills:*Effective verbal and written communication skills.*Ability to convey compensation-related information clearly to employees and stakeholders.*Program Implementation and Administration:*Proficiency in implementing compensation programs and policies.*Attention to detail in program administration.*Change Management and Adaptability:*Experience driving organizational change related to compensation.*Adaptability to evolving business needs.*Collaboration and Relationship Building:*Work closely with Business Units, HR, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal teams.*Build relationships with management levels to understand business requirements.*Workday Compensation Expertise:*Proficiency in navigating and utilizing Workday Compensation modules.*Experience configuring compensation plans, salary structures, and bonus programs within Workday.*Ability to troubleshoot and resolve compensation-related issues using Workday.*Microsoft Excel Skills:*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis.*Comfortable working with large datasets, creating pivot tables, and generating reports.*Familiarity with VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and other relevant Excel features.*Compensation...
