Job Summary
The Senior Commission Analyst will establish, maintain and execute calculation and analytics for complex payroll incentive programs. This individual oversees the development, consistent execution, and on-going evaluation of our store associate and management incentive pay programs. This includes calculating commission and other incentive programs, reporting on those calculations, and analyzing actual results within tight deadlines. Administration of these incentive programs requires attention to detail, ensuring payouts are accurate and timely.
This role is critical in ensuring the field team understands how incentive programs are calculated with clear, concise, and timely cross-functional communications. They will be a subject matter expert when it comes to incentive compensation working closely with business partners to first understand incentive programs, then to provide process efficiencies and improvements to the systems and calculations.

Responsibilities
Review and calculation of weekly and monthly commissions
Provide reporting of commission and bonus payouts to business partners
Resolve field commission and bonus related inquires
Calculate complex company incentive programs
Collaborate with business partners to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting tools
Respond to miscellaneous ad hoc data requests
General payroll functions such as weekly and monthly journal entries as well as month end payroll account reconciliations
Model other payroll related costs such as paid time off, 401(k), payroll tax, etc.
Variance analysis as needed
Provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications
Managing cross departmental communication
4+ years of proven progressive business or commission analytic experience
Exceptional and advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and proficiency in working with different systems to retrieve and analyze data
Proficiency in financial modeling or complex payroll calculations
Ability to work with massive amounts of data and summarize and convey findings
Thrive in a high performance, fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment
Balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision
Ability to leverage data in disparate systems and determine/confirm the accuracy of such data
Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to problem solve
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or related areas required
Extensive hands-on experience and willingness to dive into large/complex data sets, ability to abstract and identify pattern, perform data validation, clean up and transformation needed for business analysis
Expertise in business analytics and tools including advanced Excel
Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to problem solve
Ability to articulate complex data to all business partners
Proficiency in creating or improving business processes
Must be detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks
Strong level of personal organization
Energetic and positive contributor to the team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting retail business
History of supporting growing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Effective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values, while demonstrating the emotional intelligence that inspires others.
Builds collaborative relationships across various business partners
Demonstrates a deep familiarity with commission based payroll and complex bonus programs
6+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years FP&A experience or commission analysis and calculation experience
SAP and Workday experience
Public company experience a plus
Physical Requirements
Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
Must be able to identify, assess and observe detail
Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly
Ability to squat, kneel, bend and twist occasionally
Salary Range: $75,000- $100,000
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
90,000-110,000
