　　Our client, a small construction company focused on both residential and commerical business with a $4M annual revenue is seeking a project accountant with construction industry experience to come in to learn the reigns of the controller, with the goal to take on tasks for the controller in the upcoming years as she appraoches retirement. This is an onsite primary role located in South End. Company offers PTO and Holidays and an insurance reimbursement stipend for personal healthcare. This is a smaller company with a family focus! 　　Responsibilities

　　Assist the controller in maintaining the General Ledger in QuickBooks Desktop and placing entries

　　Daily posting of both AR/AP

　　Conducting both daily and monthly bank Reconciliations

　　Expert with AIA Billing

　　Job Costing for billing, invoicing and collections

　　Respond to and resolve customers billing issues and questions.

　　Payroll for both W2 and 1099 Employees for approximately 10-15 individuals

　　1099 Reporting

　　Pulling and providing reports to owner as requesting with advanced Excel including Pivot Tables and V-lookups as necessary

　　Job Profitability Analysis

　　Assisting controller with month end close process

　　Experience in the AEC industry essential

　　Skills

　　General Ledger (4 years of experience is required)

　　QuickBooks (3 years of experience is required)

　　Excel (4 years of experience is preferred)

　　Job Costing (2 years of experience is required)

　　Accounts Payable

　　Accounts Receivable
