　　Main Tasks

　　Commercial sample managementManage commercial sample inbound and outbound operations (including imports, exports, customs clearance, and transportation management) to gain competitive lead time and cost.

　　Collect and check all relevant shipping documents under different business scenarios (include invoice & packing list, AWB, MSDS, required certification, GHS label, etc.).

　　Monitor end-to-end process of sample shipments, and proactively intervene in case of deviations in transportation or clearance activities to bring shipment back on track.

　　Closely collaborate with all process stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally (TDS/PSR/C&FT/LSP, etc.) to ensure sample operations handled by sample center comply to laws and regulations.

　　Proactively feedback to business units on status of open request as well as providing shipment details (include delay/change) and conduct regular dialogue with service recipient.

　　Monitor and ensure commercial sample operational efficiency and effectiveness based on KPIs.

　　Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance (KPI) management, incl. non-conformity handling and analyzing, regular review meeting, etc.

　　Monitor and ensure logistics expense related to commercial samples are settled in a timely and compliant way.

　　Solve the problems in daily operation and coordinate internally with business units and externally with LSP to provide good service to service recipient with cost control.

　　Quality management, governmental regulation and TDS adherenceBe aware of changes of sample related regulations from related authorities and ensure timely adoption to working procedure and instructions.

　　Develop and improve ISO document /working instruction and ensure QM compliance in daily operation.

　　Ensure commercial samples are fully adhered to government regulations, ISO procedures / processes / working instructions and TDS requirements.

　　Continuous improvementCommunicate with relevant business units, externally with representatives of government authority and managers of LSPs on topics of performance review, business needs, changing environment, new opportunity to ensure reliable, efficient and effective logistics service.

　　Identify and analyze drawbacks / risks based on daily operation experience and KPI reports, and report to the team lead.

　　Take corrective and preventive actions as agreed upon with logistics management.

　　Initiate innovative solutions for work efficiency improving and cost saving and support relevant projects.

　　Drive self-development and support team leader to form a competitive team.

　　Process and practice sharing & alignmentSupport team lead to align and develop commercial sample coordination process with related parties.

　　Share and implement best practices and processes with other teams.

　　Support team lead to provide professional guidance/trainings to service recipients, other sites and regions on commercial sample import/export/warehouse related topics.

　　ReportingClosely monitor daily operation and provide required information for reporting and track and trace.

　　Provide monthly reports for data analysis.

　　Other data collection and analysis required by related parties.

　　Requirements:

　　Education:

　　College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline

　　Working Experience:

　　Above 3 years working experience in logistics or supply chain; Working experience in chemical industry preferred

　　Technical & Professional Knowledge:

　　Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin; Skillful in software of excel, word, and power point; Skillful in flowchart drawing; Experience in SAP operation preferred

　　A clear knowledge of imports, exports, foreign trade, and TDS is preferred

　　Excellent communication skills on a multi-national level

　　Very strong analytical and problem solving skills

　　Fluent in English
