Weoffer a 403b retirement savings plan with an employer match.\\The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patientcare, communicating with providers and co-workers about changes in apatients clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies andsymptomatology. The LPN is able to respond quickly and accurately tochanges in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able toperform general nursing duties with adequate supervision.\\QUALIFICATIONS\\A. Education: The LPN will be a graduate of an accredited school ofnursing. Current licensure and registration with the Illinois Departmentof Professional Regulation.\B. Training, Experience & Knowledge: Basic Life Support (BLS)Certification. Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory andpractice including basic knowledge related to clinical nursing such asbiological, physical, social, and medical sciences and theirapplications. Must have the basic knowledge to assess and care forpediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Familiarity withClinic functions, standards, policies, and procedures. LPN must keepapprised of new developments in the nursing field.\C. The LPN must be able to efficiently use a computer and Clinicsoftware, copy/fax/email equipment and telephone, and medicalequipment.\D. Job Knowledge: The LPN should be skilled in greeting patients andanswering telephone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner, with theability to speak clearly and concisely without the perception ofrudeness. The LPN will have the ability to read, understand and followoral and written instructions. The LPN will have the ability toestablish and maintain effective working relationships with all personswithin the Clinic (co-workers, patients, providers, management, public,etc.)
