  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Member Servicing as a part of Wholesale Lending Operations Division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

  In this role, you will:Service commercial real estate loans including construction and problem loans, and may include commercial real estate agency loansProvide direct customer service and acts as primary servicing contact for the loanSupport less experienced loan administrators in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaintsDetermine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customer issuesPerform complex administrative and customer support tasks by managing daily schedules, and providing work direction to the teamAssist in setting performance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfactionReview moderately complex loan servicing documentation language, book and fund new loans and modifications, including reviewing of inputMonitor collateral and prepare payoff letters, releasing collateral; customer research and billing; obtain insurance information and monitor ongoing coverageProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individualsRespond independently to complaints escalated at the highest levelProvide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators and perform quality assurance and approve the work of other staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:

  4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proficient in Loan IQSyndicated Lending ExperienceExperience working with Participation, trades, and foreign loan originationsKnowledge of loan documentationAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to effectively resolve problems and conflicts at the immediate and root-cause levelsAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentSound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to changeGood business communications skills and be recognized as someone who delivers extraordinary and superior customer serviceJob Expectations:Candidates must be willing to work additional hours as needed.
