Responsibilities
Main accountabilities are:
Support the Retail Sales Account teams to build and deliver their annual net revenue plans, governing on the different revenue management pillars (such as pricing, mix, promo investments, trade spends efficiency), and develop their annual "joint business plans" with their customer.Closely monitor the evolution of the profit split between retail accounts and PepsiCo in order to drive sustainable growth for both parties.Lead the period end process for Net Revenue, including the performance of sales promo and ensure the sales uplifts and ROI are accurately recordedLead the periodic reporting and explanation of sales performance to the Sales team, including post promotional evaluation, category performance, and lessons for future activity.Support the development and stabilization of the Trade Promotion Management system (TPM).Ensure the proper handover of transactional activities to the Global Business Service (KBS).Highlight future performance concerns and opportunities and take a lead role in planning activities required to remediate any gaps to retail sales targetsWork in close collaboration with Sales Strategy team by identifying and providing Net Revenue Realization 'Drags & Drivers' on each pillar and course corrective action plans for the Quarterly Revenue Councils and forecasting cycles.Lead the objective and impartial Revenue forecasting of retail sales teams including none promoted, promoted and Innovation volumes
Qualifications
University Degree in Business Administration or equivalentPrevious experience in commercial finance, business partnering and/or financial analysis. An experience within a dynamic environment such as FMCG is a strong plus.Solid knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge on financial planning & promo management tools are a strong plusFluent in English (both written and verbal). Dutch and French are a plusStrong financial background and demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision makingExperience with stakeholder management and strategic influencingAnalytical and control minded, able to monitor and respect proceduresWell organized and structured personFlexible and customer focusedStress resistant and able to work under tight deadlines in an environment in transformation
