Prepare relevant presentations and materials, and organize and deliver and/or facilitate classes, workshops, seminars, and other training services. Coordinate the state accredited trade apprenticeship program. Conduct onboarding orientation. Assist with the development of curriculum.Essential functions and responsibilities:Facilitate program activities, to include classes, trainings, conferences, seminars, and/or other special projects.Assist with planning and designing curricula for educational programs, including the apprenticeship program; assist with researching and defining educational goals, objectives, and methodologies to meet apprenticeship program goals and training goals.Write, edit, and coordinate the development of course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, training manuals, and/or brochures, as appropriate to the program.Assist with the creation of virtual content using software applications like ArticulateMaintain records and databases accurately for students, program activities, materials, equipment, and supplies.Coordinate student registration on the learning management system platform.Conduct orientation, including administering drug and alcohol screensProcess in-coming and outgoing mail, including Certified Mail processingCoordinate travel arrangements as needed for project teamsProvide Front Desk support on a rotating scheduleOther administrative duties as needed or assigned from various departments, such as the Works Department, Safety DepartmentSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritizeKnowledge of applicable Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of academic and/or vocational education curriculaAbility to maintain and handle confidential information within appropriate standardsAbility to work in a fast pace high energy environmenteducation and experience:Possess an associate or bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources or Business or equivalent combinations of technical training and experienceThree to five years of education experience preferred.Benefits:CK Construction offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off and a 401K plan.CK Construction is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
