Description

　　Sr Clinical Data Analyst will support quality and patient safety improvement efforts in Southern California Region through generating and analyzing relevant clinical quality data, identifying key trends and opportunities, collaborating with Regional and Ministry Quality Team to drive improvement effort and monitor progress. Clinical Analyst will leverage technology platform to build efficiency and develop integrated reports/dashboard to support quality of care improvement.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience

　　2 years Experience in clinical health care including direct experience in performance improvement and clinical data analysis.

　　Experience with clinical databases and patient outcomes measurements.

　　Preferred qualifications:
