We are looking for a Diagnostic Contract Execution Specialist. You will be responsible for providing efficient and professional operational contract execution, primarily to the Diagnostics Commercial and Customer Service and Training and Supoort teams in the UK in key areas of Contract Compliance, Congresses and Marketing Communications and Third-Party and Subcontractor Vendor Management for Managed Service Contracts.
What your main responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
Ensure contract compliance and execution with end users and primary contractors.
Identify opportunities for revenue maximization and for minimizing or avoiding penalties, by producing and reviewing contractual KPIs on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Contract and supervise implementation of marketing and sales services (e.g. congresses organizers, stand/booth suppliers, scientific speakers, hospitality providers, etc.), ensuring contracted activities are delivered on-time and within budget.
Supervise contract execution with suppliers of service and support activities (e.g. third-party product suppliers, service providers, sub-contractors to managed service contracts, tool calibration providers, etc.), ensuring contracted activities are delivered on-time and within budget.
Ensure new suppliers are fully onboarded and qualified and Compliance and ISO procedures and processes are duly followed.
Actively participate in tender response teams as required, coordinating the collection of the necessary information and documentation from third parties and other functions of the company.
All activities require extensive collaboration with other areas of the company, both within the UK and in the headquarters, such as Sales, Marketing, CTS (Customer Technical Service), Customer Service, IT, Quality, Compliance, Grifols Viajes, etc.

You have experience giving support to cross functional areas, from sales to technical support areas.
You speak fluent English.
You are used to working with SAP and/or Salesforce.
It will be very appreciated if you have been working in the diagnostic or medical supplies industry
You are communicative, flexible and proactive. You also have attention to detail and a problem solver.
