Parametrix is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead a variety of general civil engineering projects on the Kitsap Peninsula. This position will join our dedicated and established team of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects & Designers, whose areas of expertise include site development, planning and design of various types of public infrastructure projects. This position will be based out of Western Washington with the option to be in our Bremerton, WA office. We offer flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office for client and project collaboration and to provide mentorship to staff.Who you are:Civil Engineer, PE, and 10+ years of demonstrated ability managing and delivering infrastructure-focused projects for public clients (site civil, transportation and storm & surface water) and developing and maintaining client relationships.Relationship Focused & Connected: Have proven business development skills. Interested in expanding on existing client relationships and building new ones, identifying strategic opportunities, and implementing successful pursuit strategies.
