Your role focuses on the human aspectsof change, including business processes, systems, roles, andstructures. Your responsibilities will involve:Crafting and implementing creative, multi-channel communication strategies.Managing resistance and developing reinforcement plans in alignment with ourcorporate strategy.Collaborating with cross-departmental leaders and acting as a coach for seniorexecutives, facilitating them in their role as change sponsors.Providing support and coaching across managerial levels during transitions.While Denver, CO, is our preferred location, we're open to remotearrangements. Please note, no relocation assistance is provided.Who We Seek:You're a communication ace with impeccable judgment and a knack for buildingstrong partnerships. With a deep understanding of change dynamics, youcustomize solutions to meet unique needs. Your agility allows you to shiftseamlessly between projects, maintaining focus and effectiveness.Your Role:Implement structured change management methodologies, enhancing ourestablished frameworks.Align with company-wide communications, championing change managementprinciples.Collaborate with other change practitioners, supporting organization-wideinitiatives.Lead change efforts for key company imperatives, ensuring readiness andproactive issue management.Conduct impact analyses, engage senior leaders, and develop comprehensivechange strategies, including risk mitigation and reinforcement plans.Desired Skills and Experience:5+ years in change management with a solid grasp of relevant principles andmethodologies.8-10 years of practical business experience.Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change, Communications, or a relatedfield is preferred.Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.Outstanding communication skills, adept in various audience engagements.Proficient in project management and influential leadership.Prosci certification or similar is a plus.Familiarity with consulting or related industries is beneficial.Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based onthe employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependinguponskills, experience,and education.
