　　Job description:

　　Supervise daily coordination of collections and deliveries, working with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal team members.

　　Provide direction to clerical team and drivers to ensure full compliance with SOPs and requirements set by management and customers.

　　Manage bookings and schedule shipment deliveries in accordance with customer requirements.

　　Handle customer delivery enquiries.

　　Process documentation promptly to minimise delays and penalties.

　　Manage shipment details and keep records up-to-date.

　　Ensure system and report data accuracy, input timeliness and data integrity.

　　Monitor and hold full responsibility on KPI measurements and preparation of reports.

　　Resolve issues that come up and prepare workable plans of action to ensure on time deliveries.

　　Ensure efficient completion of month-end, quarter-end and peak season activities.

　　Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time deliveries.

　　Build strong business relationships with service providers .

　　Requirements:

　　At least 4 years experience as transport allocator or cartage coordinator in the freight forwarding or distribution service environments. General knowledge of transportation, linehaul, freight movement and supply chain.
